Medusa. Contemporary Playwriting in Europe

En Kai Pan

En Kai Pan is an Italian women-led social cooperative, based in Naples, working in the cultural and creative sector, founded in 2014 by Stefania Bruno, Tiziana Sellato, and Loredana Stendardo. Its work is rooted in the idea of culture as a tool for participation, inclusion, and social transformation, connecting artistic practice with community-based approaches and collaborative processes.

The cooperative operates across different fields, including theatre, cultural heritage, education, and social innovation, developing projects that combine cultural production, training, communication, and territorial engagement. Over the years, En Kai Pan has built solid experience in the design and management of complex cultural initiatives at local, national, and European level, working in dialogue with institutions, cultural organisations, artists, schools, and local communities.

Its activities are characterised by an interdisciplinary approach and by a strong interest in the relationship between culture and society. Through project planning, organisational support, communication strategies, research activities, and participatory practices, En Kai Pan works to create cultural opportunities that are accessible, meaningful, and responsive to contemporary social challenges.

The cooperative is particularly engaged in processes that strengthen cultural participation, encourage collaboration between different actors, and support the development of inclusive and sustainable cultural practices. Its work reflects a broader vision of culture as a shared space of knowledge, creativity, and civic engagement.
