The Bulgarian partnership of MEDUSA brings together 36 Monkeys and Eurodram Bulgaria, with New Bulgarian University as Associated Partner. Together, they contribute to the project through their experience in contemporary theatre, dramaturgy, translation, cultural production, and artistic research. Their involvement strengthens MEDUSA’s work on new writing, international exchange, and the circulation of inclusive narratives across the European cultural space.

36 Monkeys contributes to MEDUSA through its engagement in cultural production, artistic collaboration, and the development of project activities connected to the observatory, translation, and public engagement. Within the project, it plays a central role in supporting the Bulgarian dimension of MEDUSA and in fostering dialogue between artistic practice and international cooperation.
Eurodram Bulgaria
Eurodram Bulgaria strengthens MEDUSA through its focus on dramatic writing, translation, and the transnational circulation of theatrical texts and authors. Its contribution supports the project’s commitment to multilingual exchange and to the promotion of contemporary plays within a wider European framework.
New Bulgarian University
As Associated Partner, New Bulgarian University brings an academic and research-oriented perspective to MEDUSA. Its involvement reinforces the connection between contemporary dramaturgy, higher education, and critical reflection, contributing to the broader cultural and intellectual dimension of the project.
