The Italian partnership of MEDUSA brings together En Kai Pan and Casa del Contemporaneo, with the support of the University of Salerno (UNISA) as Associated Partner. Together, they combine experience in cultural project development, contemporary theatre, artistic research, audience engagement, and international cooperation. Their contribution strengthens the project’s connection between artistic practice, cultural management, and academic reflection, supporting MEDUSA’s commitment to contemporary playwriting and inclusive identities in Europe.

En Kai Pan
En Kai Pan is the coordinator of MEDUSA and leads the overall management and implementation of the project. The organisation brings solid experience in European cooperation projects, cultural planning, communication, and project coordination, with a strong focus on the social and inclusive dimension of cultural work. Within MEDUSA, En Kai Pan ensures the effective development of activities, the collaboration among partners, and the overall coherence of the project.
Casa del Contemporaneo
Casa del Contemporaneo contributes to MEDUSA through its long-standing experience in contemporary theatre, artistic programming, and cultural production. Active in the promotion of performing arts and new dramaturgies, the organisation brings an important artistic perspective to the project, supporting public engagement, dissemination, and the development of activities connected to the circulation of contemporary dramatic writing.
University of Salerno (UNISA)
As Associated Partner, the University of Salerno with the Department of Cultural Heritage Studies (DiSPaC) enriches MEDUSA with an academic and research-oriented perspective. Its involvement strengthens the dialogue between theatre practice, cultural studies, and critical reflection on inclusive identities, contributing to the broader intellectual and cultural framework of the project.
